Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of Use for VESA-Lite / VESA apply to all visitors and users. Your access to or use of VESA-Lite / VESA and its services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments made thereto from time to time, as well as the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Uploading or providing files on this application that contain viruses or corrupted data.
• Taking any action that results in an excessive or unreasonable load on the application's infrastructure.
• Accessing data not intended for the user or visitor, or accessing a server or account not authorized for the user.
• Unauthorized access to the application using a false password, misrepresentation of your identity, or attempting any action on behalf of someone else.
• Attempting to test, scan, or probe the vulnerability of the VESA-Lite / VESA system.
• Sending unsolicited emails to the application, including advertising or promoting products or services.
• Using VESA-Lite / VESA in any way to send emails, act on its behalf, or impersonate its name or status, including defamatory actions or spreading false news and information attributed to VESA-Lite / VESA without authorization.
• Any actions violating the Anti-Cybercrime Law or other related laws in the Kingdom.
• Violating the terms of use of the application in any other way.

2. Registration

By registering, you agree that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate, and you will not register or attempt to access the application using another person's name.

Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. They are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username. VESA-Lite / VESA is not liable for any loss, modification, or damage to user data resulting from unauthorized access to user data stored on VESA-Lite / VESA.

3. Termination of Use

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend your right to access and use the application services without prior notice and for any reason, including violation of the terms of use or any behavior deemed by us to be illegal or harmful to others. Upon termination, you are no longer authorized to access these services.

Users agree not to take any action against VESA-Lite / VESA, its employees, or those managing, maintaining, or updating the application's services, and to hold them harmless from all liabilities and compensations resulting from the user's breach of terms, related laws in the Kingdom, or their place of residence.

General Provisions

The official language of these terms and conditions is Arabic. In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic version and its English translation, the Arabic version shall prevail.
